I'm new to yoga. Can I still join the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course?
Yes, absolutely. The 200 Hour Yoga TTC is designed for beginners as well as regular practitioners who want to build a strong foundation in yoga practice and teaching.
The course runs for about 24–26 days. It usually starts on the 3rd of each month and finishes on the 28th, with a structured daily yoga and study schedule.
Yes. After completing the program, you will receive a Yoga Alliance certified certificate, which allows you to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and teach yoga internationally.
Students can choose private or shared rooms with attached bathrooms. The program also includes daily yogic meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared according to healthy yogic dietary principles.
You should bring comfortable yoga clothing, personal essentials, a notebook for study, and an open mind ready to learn and experience the yogic lifestyle.
