The accommodation is facilitated with double beds, wifi connection, free usage of yoga tools during the course and air conditioning (on request). All rooms are shared with the same gender and can be shared with a close family member like a mother-daughter and husband-wife. It is a smoke-free property with a yoga studio and library. Our bathrooms are clean and hygienic, equipped with hot showers and towels. We respect our student's privacy and that's why we provide a separate room for each student. Special arrangements will be made if students request to share a room. The western-style toilet is provided with a regular supply of water.
We also offer a 15% discount on our courses. We also provide 24*7 wifi, so there will be no problem during internet surfing. Our 300 hours of yoga TTC starts at $1350 and will vary depending on your facilities.
In our yoga training, you will be served three flavourful and healthy vegetarian meals. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinners. The menu is balanced and full of nutrients and proteins to make you fully satisfied and energetic. Our food is prepared with ayurvedic methodology and principles.
The menu keeps on changing every day but the exclusive yogi food will be provided to satisfy your appetite. The menu consists of fresh green leafy veggies, fruits, whole grains (cooked), milk, seeds, nuts, starters, salads, soups, chapattis, porridge, bowled vegetables, dal, milk, and curd according to the choice. The food is prepared after all hygienic facilities so that no nutrition is lost during the preparation.

The best option to reach Haridwar station is by train. Haridwar is serviced by many trains from many main cities. From New Delhi It will take you approximately 4 to 6 hours to reach Haridwar and then 45 minutes by taxi to reach us.

His Holiness Rajahamsa Swāmī Nityānanda Giri, a revered monk and a master of Kriyā-yoga.
Swami Nityananda Ji was a dedicated student of yoga since birth. He gained a PhD in Cytogenetic and taught in many pioneers institutions. He introduced Kriya yoga in 1994, this led him to deeper aspects of sciences. He wrote a book on Kriya yoga. He became a monk and started living his monastic life at Rishikesh. He taught students about the Vyasa yoga path and lived the life of Monk.
Swami Atmananda Giri has dedicated his life to teaching yoga and is also a devotee of Guru Nitya Chaitanya. He was born in Kerala and at the very first he was unaware of his spiritual powers and yoga techniques. He practiced Naturopathy for 3 years. In 2006, he started to practice yoga and he is practising and learning daily. He follows Indian Vedas and completed his education on Hindu mythology and books from Shivananda Ashram from Swami Adyatamananda ji.
Swami Vishnuparananda Saraswati has done master's in philosophy and stayed inSivanand ashram for 16 years. Later he moved on to Kailasha Ashrama and stayed there for 8 years. He studied under Swami Chidanadaas directed students. He teaches meditation and yoga. He has learned special techniques to serve humanity with his spiritual learning.
Ramcharit Das has been doing Raja and Bhakti Yoga since the tender age of 9. When he came to Rishikesh, he met his great master Swami Veda Bharati, the disciple of Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan Tradition. He brings 25 years of meditation, yoga nidra and 15 years of Hatha, Philosophy andPranayama experience. He has done his Master degree the science of yoga.He is a true nature lover and grounded soul who generously shares the gift of ‘real’ yoga. Yogi Sukru studied educational psychology and environmental science at Sambalpur University. He did teachings on yoga sciences and Indian philosophy in Dev Sanskrit University Haridwar.
